Linda and JJ, residents of New York, chose to celebrate their love in a place of rare beauty and significance for Linda: the Sanctuary of Santa Maria dell'Isola in Tropea. Linda, originally from this picturesque Calabrian town, had always dreamed of getting married in this enchanting sanctuary, perched on a rocky promontory overlooking a crystal-clear sea.
The ceremony attracted many guests from America, eager to attend this special event. The celebrations spanned several days, allowing everyone to immerse themselves in the beauty and hospitality of Tropea, the pearl of Calabria.
For the reception, Linda and JJ chose "Tenuta delle Grazie" for its elegance and refined atmosphere, but especially for the cuisine of Chef Luca Abbruzzino, awarded a Michelin star. His exceptional cooking ensured an unforgettable gastronomic experience for all the guests, making their event truly special.
After dinner, in the beautiful winter garden, the evening continued with an extraordinary party. The stage, set with breathtaking scenic effects, was the heart of the celebration, with light shows creating a magical and immersive atmosphere. The night was enlivened by a London-based six-piece band, whose energy and talent had everyone dancing, offering a perfect mix of classic and modern hits.
More and more foreigners are discovering Calabria as the ideal destination for their weddings, attracted by its authentic charm and excellence.
